True Colors...The Adventure Begins introduces participants to the True Colors Communication Technology through a high energy, fast paced, interactive, fun learning environment. This is a half day seminar.

True Colors...the Adventure Continues is a continuation of the basic awareness. This half day seminar includes an introduction to conflict resolution, teambuilding, and leadership using the True Colors system.

Train the Trainer:
True Colors Basic Awareness Seminar (BAS) Certification Training: This 2 -2 1/2 day seminar certifies trainers to deliver True Colors Basic Awareness Seminars to their business, agency, or school. Certified Trainers may purchase True Colors materials at a 25% discount.

True Colors Advanced Application Certification in Teambuilding, Communication, Career Development and Teaching and Learning Styles. These True Colors advanced application certifications are one day each and certify that the trainers may deliver advanced application seminars to their colleagues and purchase True Colors materials at a 40% discount.

Delivery System

Using the True Colors Communication Technology as the cornerstone, Spectrum of Success (SOS) will expand services to include:

  • Success Seminar (2 hour, half day, full day programs) Provides the Keys to Personal and Professional Success.
  • Team building Seminars (2 hour, 1/2 day, full day program) Provides rapport and teambuilding strategies to increase productivity and personal relationships.
  • Special Presentations (2- 8 hour) High energy, interactive presentations for conferences, retreats and conventions.
  • Customer Specific Training Specially designed to address the needs of the client.
  • True Colors Certification Training (2 1/2 days- 3 days) Successful completers are certified to provide 2-8 hour True Color Awareness Workshops, and purchase True Colors materials direct from Spectrum of Success. All attendees are provided a Training Kit, complete with everything needed to start training the next day.
  • True Colors Certification Training Level II (2 days)
