Don Lawhead is CEO of Spectrum of Success, a
training and consulting agency that promotes peak performances. Don
retired as the Executive Director of the Center for Educational
Development in Tucson, Arizona. For over 30 years, Don was
responsible for securing funds and developing and implementing
programs in the areas of counseling, career guidance, equity and
instructional improvement. Don provided the leadership for the
Center's ten programs, which operate through three offices in
Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff, Arizona. He received his Masters
Degree in Counseling from the University of Arizona. Don is a
Certified Master Trainer for True Colors and has provided training
for over 35,000 people from major corporations, government agencies
and educational institutions. Don is the 1998 Arizona Counselor
Advocate of the Year and in 1999 the American School Counselors
Association selected Don as the National Counselor Advocate of the
Year.
